Overview

Since 1963 Young Enterprise has grown in all areas of the UK and in Surrey we have increased student participation in our programmes year-on-year. Our programmes cover the entire educational age spectrum, from primary reception year to graduate level. See our Programmes page for more information.

Structure

Young Enterprise UK is made up of 12 regional organisations each operating under a license agreement with Young Enterprise UK. Each Young Enterprise Region is run by an elected Board of Trustees and the Regional Chair holds a seat on the National Council. Surrey Young Enterprise is part of Young Enterprise South East.

We provide our programmes with a combination of Young Enterprise employees and volunteers. Within Surrey alone we need over 100 volunteers to deliver our programmes. Click here to meet the staff team. Our staff focus principally on running our one-day programmes, whereas our volunteers focus on delivering the Company Programme. Within Surrey we have three volunteer-led area boards that are responsible for recruitment and organisation of volunteer advisers, liaison with participating schools and organisation of local events.
