The Company Programme is our flagship programme on which Young Enterprise was originally founded.
The Company Programme is designed for students aged 15 - 19. Students gain practical experience of business and enterprise through setting up and running their own Young Enterprise company.
- The programme runs over either 2 or 3 terms of the academic year
- Students hold a a weekly meeting with the support of local business volunteers

Share capital is raised to finance the company's activities

A business plan is developed to set out the company strategy and objectives
- The company develops, markets and sells a product or service

At the end of the programme, an annual report is presented at the company AGM

The company is liquidated and the accounts are audited
The Company Programme provides a real learning opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience of running their own company.
